How I can help
Recovered Eating Disorder Coaching
All services come with a free 20 minute discovery call. A time for you to interview me, and for me to interview you. This gives us the chance to ask any questions and find out what work we can do together to help you move forward to a recovered life.
One-on-one sessions
Weekly 1:1 sessions. Discuss what went well or what didn’t. How we can overcome obstacles. Create goals and activities to help you be successful.
Full meal support
An awesome benefit to having a coach is I can have meals with you in person or virtually. I will be there to support you, eat with you and help you overcome any fears or anxieties. Meals can be done at restaurants, your home and even virtually.
Grocery shopping
Can be done in person, or hey, for those not local, thanks to technology, we can be on the phone and go in “together”!
“Being recovered is when the person can accept his or her natural body size and shape and no longer has a self destructive or unnatural relationship with food or exercise. When you are recovered, food and weight take a proper perspective in your life and what you weigh is not more important than who you are, in fact, actual numbers are of little or no importance at all.
When recovered, you will not compromise your health or betray your soul to look a certain way, wear a certain size or reach a certain number on a scale. When you are recovered, you do not use eating disorder behaviors to deal with, distract from,or cope with other problems.”
