Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions that I have been asked during discovery calls.
Schedule a call now if you have any other questions.
Do I need to have a treatment team?
In order to work with me, you don’t need a whole treatment team. However, you do need at least one licensed provider that I can be in contact with through a signed information release.
How do I work with your treatment team?
Coaches work best when you’re supported by a team of providers. Your other providers are specialized in what they offer, and my focus is on supporting their treatments through specific and actionable goals. I am available for texting support when other providers may not be. And I aim to support you in the here and now, especially with harmful behaviors that may require additional support in-between sessions.
What eating disorders do you treat?
I work with people who have any kind of eating disorder, body image/dissatisfaction, disordered eating or compulsive exercise. Even if you don’t fit into a specific diagnosis, you still deserve to heal your relationship with your body, food and exercise.
What if my child or loved one doesn’t want a coach?
You deserve support too! Maybe your loved one is not open to coaching, but you find yourself struggling. It’s very difficult, draining, and even isolating to watch a loved one go through this. Have you asked yourself, “How do I best support my loved one?”, “What do I say when?”, or “What do I do if?”
I offer 30 minute sessions for parents or loved ones and in-between text & email support.
What if I can’t afford coaching coaching?
Talk with me! I am partnered with Project Heal where I have a limited amount of spaces where I will work with people at a sliding scale fee.
Do you take insurance?
Services are not covered by insurance, and Federal financial assistance is not available or accepted. Clients agree to pay all services directly to their coach.
